Re: Cinders - a serious take on a fairytale [commercial]
I personally love mysteries, though preferably without the supernatural. We might want to do something like that eventually.
We have a meeting with the writers scheduled in a few days. They are supposed to present their idea for the next game's story. From what I know so far, it's going to be something more fantasy, but with a mystery element. Of course, it's still all very uncertain.
Also, have you guys seen my blog where I share Cinders sales so far? If not, check it out:

I, for one, am holding out for an adaptation of The Goose Girl (yes, with the horse's head).
On that note, I played the demo and enjoyed it, so I'm sure I'll be buying the full game at some point.Like for my birthday coming up. Though just from the demo, I don't know what else to say that anyone hasn't; the art is beautiful, etc.

I really hope the sales encourage you to release more visual novels in the future!TeeGee wrote:I personally love mysteries, though preferably without the supernatural. We might want to do something like that eventually.

Oh, it's not the question of encouragement. We definitely want to do more VNs. We really grew fond of the genre and its community. The only question is really if we'll be able to do it financially .

The goal you stated in the blog, considering the initial sales, is completely achievable IMHO

Great game guys! I don't know why but in my play through Perrault and Cinders didn't fall madly in love as I expected, oh well...

Re: Cinders - a serious take on a fairytale [commercial]
Some Cinders players started a Wikia for the game. It contains info on how to get various endings, trophies, romance options, etc. Check it out and maybe even contribute:

You should make a zombie version of Cinders with tower defense minigames, I'm sure it would be accepted!

We started the work on our next VN. Not a fairytale adaptation this time. Here's a little sneak peek at the early concept art: http://moacube.com/?p=1507
