In any case, good job! Both 'true' endings I unlocked were extremely satisfying! The relationship box was really handy, it helped me a lot during the second playthrough. (Yes, I admit to scrolling back and correcting my choices, problem?)
Ahem, here's my feedback. Long live huge spoilers!
It was engaging, it flowed well and seemed realistic. The choices seemed rational and had logical outcomes, and the characters reacted reasonably. The humour was great, I burst out laughing a lot of times.
The themes were handled well, I liked how his coming out wasn't the central point, but fit organically in the whole story. The focus on the teacher-student relationship, rather than the 'ohmigod ur gay' part was great, thumbs up for that!
On the characters
I loved all of them, really! The trio's friendship was at the same time natural, heart-warming and hilarious. Penny's obsession with apps was a cute touch, and Ian is soooo adorable I just want to hug him. At one point, I briefly thought that he seemed a little interested in Mark, but that is probably just me and my shipping goggles.
Alex is also such a cutie *-* In a sense, he seemed... hmm, flawless, but it wasn't jarring, you know? I like how he remained ethical (for the most part /snicker), and his internal conflict was well done. Especially in his speech in one of the true ends, it was great.
The side characters were also believable, and Edwina was so quirky and cute!
On the art
It's nice and pleasing to the eye, I like the GUI and the sprites, for the most part. Some of the expressions, though, looked a bit odd (Penny's grin comes to mind - it seems forced). As an aside, I love your shading!
And now that I'm (mostly) done gushing, I noticed a couple of typos/other minor mistakes. Here they are:
'embrace you with a hug' - sounds awkward. Both words are synonyms.
'seems have fallen' - seems to have
'Already on a first name basis with you're professor' - your
'I've taken some time reflect what happened' - to reflect on
'Ian's works here' - Ian works
'Dare to dream' - omitted a period at the end
'You can't bare to hold his gaze' - can't bear
'Alex stumbles over his words' - omitted a period
'you're his biggest thread to getting tenure?' - threat
'I'm done, here Mark.' - I'm done here, Mark.
'I think wants to party.' - don't remember the context, but you're missing a subject
At one place, it was Campus Mapper, and at another - Campus Finder
'It will save you trip to the biology building' - the trip
Aaaand that's about it. ^^
