Just played this. It was great.
I had to giggle at Horai's exaggeratedly romanticized view about the spam email. It reminded me of myself...

The line that really made me laugh was
"And as $5000 was extracted from my bank account every week, I always think that it was him..."
It sounds just like something a stupider version of me would say!

So I was a little disappointed in the Epilogue when
it turned out she wasn't that romantic, lol.
Nevertheless, I nominate this VN for a "STILL A BETTER LOVE STORY THAN TWILIGHT" macro.
"It is [the writer's] privilege to help man endure by lifting his heart,
by reminding him of the courage and honor and hope and pride
and compassion and pity and sacrifice which have been the glory of his past."
— William Faulkner

Epic romance story! Like a Ryanair flight that leaves just a little too late, but then it takes off and then the plane wobbles at the end and you think you're gonna die but then you don't and everything ends up just fine.

Hmm, nope, Horai beats me at metaphors. Dagnammit.
I was a little disappointed to find out Horai's prince wasn't real... What a sad turn of events, leaving her all alone... ;_;

Nice job as always! I caught every single reference "Leon's Destiny" hahahaha
Who knows that a scambot can be verry romantic? ;)
Was kinda dissapointed at the rick hastley ending though, it kinda turns the game into suddenly serious :< I was kinda expecting a rickroll.

This is truly an awesome game!

I think she should win the UK National Welfare Christmas Lottery for the next one. Imagine what she could do with the money!

At first, I thought you will make it as a real prince, lol..
But the story is pretty funny!
I like the idea of internet spam, and it's a nice education for the innocents, :-)
Congrats for the release!
Hoping the next piece from you..

I've been looking forward to this game and really glad that it's complete!

It was really fun playing it although it's really short. To be continued means there's a sequel? 8DDD
Horai was really funny and I can't get over her metaphors
apple cores hahaha
Chocobikies's art was really nice and the music really fits.
The bonuses were really nice to look at and wow, after looking at the epilogue, I totally fell in love with Horai haha >u<
Also, I must agree with you, names are so fun to play with!

Though I couldn't get a few references, I still had a good laugh, Thanks!
Also, Sho and Kaison cameo 8DDD

It's still up in the air, but it might. :)

Heh that isn't the nice part yet. :P Look at the bottom right-hand corner of the article "CG" thing in the gallery for an advert from Horai.
azurextwilight wrote:it kinda turns the game into suddenly serious :< I was kinda expecting a rickroll.
Haha your mileage may vary, but I hardly see the point of making the epilogue as cracky as the main game itself (the joke would've run old, anyway - and a rickroll out of nowhere isn't going to suddenly generate lulz). :) The epilogue wasn't serious - just not as cracky, but IMO it was still pretty light-hearted.
As I've said in the Notes section, I originally only wanted to reveal Horai's real-world identity in a sequel - but might as well stick it here. :P
everything that has to do with
goddamn rich hastley
INDEED. XD
bic wrote:and actually burst out laughing when i saw the prince's photo XD
Haha I had the most fun making the ridiculous ID card. XDDD Nigerian Football Federation FTW!
Lumen wrote:Leon's Destiny. Rich Hastley. How Not To Get Killed By A Goddamn Psycho Girl.
Glad you caught 'em all. :P
ran12 wrote:btw, is the heroine's ex-boyfriend a laptop??! Zak is not human?? I can't understand @_@
Yeah Zak's the name of the laptop. :P But that was only briefly mentioned in the beginning and has no real bearing on the story.

All in all, thanks guys for all the lovely comments! :')

First of all, congrats on your release! ^_^
Second...this.game.is.EPIC! So much win in just a short play-time!
The ammount of facepalms I did through-out the story was worth it in the end. Horai's metaphors were so awesome, that I can not come up with any words now to despribe them! "..left your halo and wings in your mother's womb.."- seriously, who says these things? xD
Her retarded yet romantic view of the "Prince" cracked me up. (The face she made during the bad ending gave me the chills though..so creepy T^T)
The epilogue is probably the best part. I was somewhat relieved that Horai is actually normal and sharp minded, despite the lack of romance, and that the prince is a spambot. And Rich Hastley? Well done Kirroha, well done. I still didn't get the " How Not To Get Killed By A Goddamn Psycho Girl" thingy.."Orz
Overall, this was simply brilliant! I really enjoyed playing it. So here, have some cookies! :3

Just finished it. It was quite an amusing experience ^^
I was giggling during the entire playthrough.
Horai's comment about the prince writing in caps took me completely off guard XD
Congrats for finishing this game so fast :3
