I played the game today :]. I'm listing some random things first just so I don't forget to mention them.

-The little message for people who haven't played VNs before was a sweet touch
-I like that there is a sound effect when you go over buttons
-The click to continue icon was neat

Anyways I thought it was very entertaining story :3. I thought Emily and Michael had a better relationship but I still prefer Aceline over Emily :'D. Emily was cool too though.

So I played this, and it's short but that is not a deterrent to the obvious love and quality put into your work. Personally I liked Emily better, mostly because I am a fan of heroines who have a little spunk. The head bob gives it a nice animated quality and I liked the gui, simple and clean.

I like your art, did I tell you that? Anyway I can't really think of anything negative to say, so I'll just leave it at that. Thanks for the cool read!

Finished! Wow, I really love this story; simple yet beautiful at the same time. I enjoyed Emily's route more than Aceline's. I'm such a sucker for girls who know what they want.

I see you have the Honest Critique in your signature so here's my honest critique. The backgrounds and CGs could have used more work. The BGs generally lack perspective (road outside the cafe) and scale (classroom tables, cafe) and the coloring is so-so compared to the character sprites.. Also, the characters in the CGs have lesser quality than the sprites.

But those issues didn't detract me so much because of the characters (especially Emily, I love her). I really love how they are so human. And because I love Emily so much, I made a fanart of her! Yay!!!

I played both routes! The story flows really well that I don't have any complaints; it's neither rushed nor too slow. My favorite route would be Aceline's thou. It's so sweet and natural. I love her expression when the MC confessed to her xD I mean, it's actually a normal reaction in real life. I think lol.

They do. I'm, uh, really bad at backgrounds, as you can tell. Still trying to improve at the moment, so I'm planning on updating the backgrounds when I get a lot better.

This was mainly because I started on the CGs about a few weeks after finishing the sprites, and I kind of forgot how to do the style. （´＿｀） It's a very strange feeling.

I'm not really good with backgrounds myself . I use a lot of references when doing backgrounds especially for perspective because they're so tricky to get right.
