Not sure what to do with those triangles from books...

* Generators and Valves: Some pics (fetus and tasting blood) could have been interpreted as both right and left, so I had to resort to guessing for them.
* Chess Poem: For "Black hearts... A sign" there are two squares that can fit the description, depending on how you interpret "midst."

The bookcase on the left tells you which squares to click first for the sketching (note the number of books per square). The books in the bookcase on the right tell you which squares to click after the first stage is done. You're supposed to find the book with the card in it. That one depicts your starting point (the position of the red books is your starting point, then green, then blue). From that point on, it's a matter of trial-and-error. As the hint guide suggests, try drawing out a 3x3 grid and draw out the potential patterns.

Caveat Lector's hint is somewhat wrong. The colors of books have nothing to do with the solution. You just need to draw all the triangles on the same grid, and the answer just appears. I spent way too long trying to make sense of the book colors.

The letters that are circled are always from TOUCHES, even when not all 7 letters from that word are found in your Rorschach answers. This happens because you forgot to break out of the anagram-generating loop after finding a valid solution. To be more specific, soldict always has indices for TOUCHES, which isn't always the valid solution.

The canvas is 3x3; the books show a 3x3 grid of dots. Draw the triangles together on the same 3x3 grid, and you'll see the path that you need to take.
