I suppose that losing contact with so many is a bit more believable than keeping in contact with them, and the epilogues were short and sweet. Though I still would have like keeping in contact with Jessica and Sean, mainly because they are the ones that you first help, and Jessica was the one that I let call me by my first name first. I just thought that Paul would have liked to see them grow into the wonderful people that I have no doubt that they did. Unfortunately I don't know if they did, because Paul lost contact with them...If you see where I'm going with this. Just some sarcasm with a bit of truth in with it. Hmm...that is an interesting way to come up with the name of your group. I'm not sure if I would go so far as to say "company", but group would be a bit more sufficient. You didn't get your stuff from Stillwater Creek from a website? You made it yourself? I wish I could that. Oh well. I'm sure you're creativity will come back in time! But take your time. You did good on your last Visual Novel; no one wants you to rush through everything and just end up coming out with something sub par...hmm...maybe that was a bit blunt, or harsh. Sorry. Hmmm... it's interesting what you say about Sean and Jessica, as I never thought about it in that way before. Perhaps it's an idea I'll play with in the future if I can get it to work (as I'm intending to make a Stillwater Creek update after the hiatus and I've done a few other novels) I only said "company" because I didn't know what other word to use haha! Group works, but as I said, it's just me at the moment Oh no, perhaps I wasn't clear. Basically the art and music I got from websites which offered them for free. I did however make the story all by myself and coded the whole thing myself (the only other person invovled was a playtester/typo checker who I met on these forums) I sure hope so! No, not at all, that's exactly why I'm taking this hiatus Fun fact, Stillwater Creek was actually nearly not released as I took a year long hiatus during development (you wouldn't believe how much this stuff takes it out of you ). However, when I finally got my creative feeling back I blasted through it and finished it! And people seem to be enjoying it, so that makes me a happy bunny I dunno, it just made sense at the time... I'm assuming that's a line from SC, but I havent played it in months so I'm having a hard time remebering... I don't even get a reference from my own game, how lame! But seriously, I appreciate you spreading the word! I'm honoured enough as it is to have a small group of people who enjoyed my game, so if you can add more people to the party I'll be even more honoured!

An update!? That would be great! Makes me so happy that you haven't just dropped it! Then again, you are still writing at the forum about it, so I think that I shouldn't have thought that in the first place. More novels, too! It just makes me even happier! I feel like I'm a bit too enthusiastic. Well, I hope that you don't shut people out from the group, though I'm not sure who would end up joining the group. Interesting thought. Ah. I see. You got things from free websites for your VNs. Makes sense. If I were to make a VN, I would do the same thing. Not good at drawing, but I'm getting better! So happy about that! Did you make the characters from the VN, or did you get them from a free site, too? Not that it is hugely important, but if you did draw them, they are awesome. If you didn't, then I'm sure it took you a bit to find them and integrate them into the story. The story, as I said before, was, and still is, amazing. I'm not sure what it would be like coding. Is it difficult? I've only seen the things, and I haven't actually attempted. I hope your hiatus helps, because it seems to have helped in the past. Wait, how is that a fun fact!? Almost not airing an amazing game is not fun; I nearly fell out of my chair whenever I read that! Ok. Yup! A few people have got back with a few ideas they'd like to see, and I'd only be happy to obleige Haha well it's really great to have someone so interested in my work Honestly, Haru-Kesu is more a label to stick on my games more than anything else, but I'm definitely not against the idea of other people joining the group in the future Though all of this would be after the hiatus of course I'm sure you're better than me at drawing, I seriously suck But it's great you're getting better If you mean the character sprites, I got them from a website yeah, but I made up the characters names, personalities etc myself Believe it or not the biggest difficulty was finding a group of sprites I like that all wore the same uniform Thank you! That's great to hear considering it's my first story Depends how good you are with computers, but the code is pretty basic relative to non-VN games, so it's defintely one of the better places to start There are loads of youtube tutorials on coding basic novels like SC, I'd definitely recommend looking some up and trying writing your own story! Haha well it's a good job I came back to it, huh? Haha if you try writing a VN and go down a similar path I did in terms of story writing it'll make sense, I swear Ah, well that makes me feel better at least although smile dog looks hella creepy... I hope that the updated version comes out soon. I would love to play it! Of course, it will be after your hiatus and all, but I can't wait for it to come out. I will trust in your better judgement, and hope that the people you let join will allow your group to grow exponentially. My drawings take the form of an anime looking creeper. He just watches you with his creepy eyes. I tape him onto my wall to stare down evil spirits! Since you didn't put in the order for someone to draw similar sprites, I have no doubt in my mind the difficulty of finding the sprites. I hope that it isn't going to be your last story! I might try to make my own, but I will probably watch a lot of videos before I attempt. Don't want to end up breaking my computer somehow. I'm glad that you went back to it! All of this about the updated version is making me have butterflies! Uni sucks? No, I would have never of guessed. I'm going to some university across the states next year, and I'm not looking forward to it. Oh well, gotta make the best of a bad situation, right? Writer's block is a lot of fun, too. Haha well uni isn't so bad, but it eats up A LOT of time, meaning not a lot (if any) time for VN writing since that also eats up A LOT of time, which is the sucky part... I'm sure it'll be fine! Two things that take up a lot of time, whereas one almost needs to be done, and the other is a good hobby that could be a good job...hmm...I see the problem. I hope I do! One of the only people in my family to be able to get into college, let alone pass. Though, the percentage of people who actually pass college where I'm from is dangerously low. Truthfully, college and uni sounds like a lot of fun, apart from the whole passing thing. Whole new experience, the next stage of your life, and all that other wonderful stuff. Hmm...over in the states, it doesn't really matter when you actually need to get down to business and there is nothing funny, and blah blah blah. It's just the longer you take, the larger the amount you have to pay once you get a job. Every time that I put the picture beside my lamp and I walk by the lamp later, the lamp always falls down onto my foot, and then I look over to where the lamp was and there sits my picture. It just staring me down. I meant to upload my two pictures yesterday, but I got psytracted. I'll try to get it after I finish this. YAY! JOINING HalYac17 IN CRIME! Ok, maybe that was uncalled for, but oh well. Just act cool. It's just that when I look at my friends artwork, and then mine, he does his in like 5 minutes, and I do mine in like 30 minutes, and his is still so much better than mine. Brings you down a bit. I don't think that I will surpass you...I tend to get writer's block pretty quickly, or I forget what I was thinking about whenever I end up trying to write it down. It happens all the time. I have written during term time before (albeit not as much as when I'm on holiday), I guess I need to just get back into the swing of things with the new term before attempting writing again Woah, that's really impressive! To answer Ferdokki:

There are two endings with a teacher-student relationship out of seven total endings. I still recommend that you play it, but if you are adamant to not even try for those endings, then just don't go for that ending. You will probably be able to figure out which of the students you can end with. Hope you still play the game, even with you knowing this.

I'm sure that it is difficult writing during terms, so much to do! I probably need to do the same thing. I've gotten pretty bad at things like, I don't know, thinking. It really does motivate me to try, maybe be able to help my parents when they retire, well, one of them anyways... Perhaps shouldn't have said anything. oh well. I hope I do, don't know until then, so I don't want to spend a whole lot of time talking about what-ifs and nonsense. The exams sound frightening, but I'm sure that they can be passed, eventually. Ferdokki - Pretty much what ClockworkIblis said. However, they're pretty easy to avoid if you're uncomfortablte with that sort of thing, and you'll still have five endings to get. Hopefully you'll decide to try play and do those five endings
