Of course there is! There's a volume control button right under the visual novel along with a mute button! Go play it if you couldn't turn off the music, it literally is right under the VN screen!

EDIT: All the control buttons are RIGHT below the VN screen, like a youtube video. That's why anyone who wants to create a VN on joilly don't have to do any code/programming, because all the controls(save, load, auto play, skip, and of course, volume and mute button) are already built in automatically!

Basically how it works it since this is an episodic VN series, the episodes are divided into paths, so for the second episodes, there's path A or path B. I just updated episode/chapter 1 of skights(http://joilly.com/play?n=xRRRRRRRRx) and the ending scenes will lead you to either path A or B depending on how you played/ended with chapter 1.

This episode is Nessie's POV, and there's two bachelors available you can start branching off the story!

Tell me what you guys think, or if there's any spelling errors, etc.

Let me clarify: Joilly is NOT an engine, is it a visual novel website that hosts online visual novels with a graphic user interface to set up your VN scenes created in flash. Which means, YOU DON'T HAVE TO WRITE CODE, ADOBE FLASH & JOILLY DO IT FOR YOU. Sorry, just wanted to clarify that )

Incredibly cute, I honestly don't think I've enjoyed a VN this much since A Trolls Fairy Tale. It's adorable and interesting beyond belief. I think I'm in love.

Vaness is such a beautiful, sweet and realistic heroine. I already love her.
The prince(the dark guy with red eyes) is very handsome too... I really loved the CG still of Nessie and the Prince. It made my heart to skip a bit.
By the way, the music is very nice too...especially when the heroes are in the garden. It was so romantic!!!
... I don't know why but I didn't like Colin. I will try his route too but somehow his personality and look repel me.

...Yeah, I definitely wasn't expecting Lysandr to look so gorgeous on the CGs. The scene where he was touching Vanessa's face - I stopped breathing! one of the most beautiful CG still I've ever seen! Vanessa looked stunning as well...One of the most beautiful otome heroine I've ever seen. Really!
And I liked the frase of Lysander "I get what I want". He doesn't look like some fluffy prince. He seems to have strong-willed, stubborn and a bit hard character. And that's what makes him so awesome. <3
Honestly speaking, while reading first episode I wasn't expecting I would love the story so much. For sure I wasn't expecting that quality of CGs.(I won't get tired of repeating how wonderful they were).

It's no problem at all. I'm definitely glad episode 2 changed your mind, because now the story only gets better. And yes, the CGs were commissioned from a very talented artist, so the quality had a high price, BUT we thought it was worth while to have pretty art

Wow, what a wonderful game! I'm loving your beautiful art style and the intriguing dessert-based plot. I was skeptical that the game might be too cutesy, but looks like things are shaping up to be pretty exciting... I can't wait to see more! That being said, the episodes format is a bit inconvenient compared to a regular VN.

And about the inconvenience, yeah this VN series is like that. Fortunately, at the end of each episode/chapter, there's a direct link that leads you to the corresponding episode and path you should play.

What i'm hoping is when Skights is finished (who knows when that will be) I'll make a full complete version where you don't have to worry about which episode is which, what path to go on, etc~

I just finished playing it! The art looks so cute and the story seems interesting too! I can't stop wondering how it will end up xD
Something bothers me a bit though.
I just want to let you now to avoid confusion that people might stumble into ;D
