I kind of just wanted to drop in and say that this game is really cute. :3
There were a couple typos here and there (and somewhere in there the background was just empty and black
in one of the times Kou was confessing to Midori
when it wasn't supposed to be) but everything was just adorable. I actually really like short games and happy endings ^.^ Great job on your first game and good luck on your future ones!
Congratulations on finishing your first game! It must've been hard learning to code all that stuff. It took me a lot of time to learn so I must appreciate that. That and how well you've arranged the sprites and the backgrounds. The styles they're drawn in are quite matching and that's a good point. ^7^)b
However, I must point out a negative thing:
I think it was quite unrealistic how Kou kissed and confessed to her the very day they have met. Nobody in real life falls in love so quickly with somebody while barely even knowing their name. It was a bit too fast-paced and it would have been nice to see some more relationship development before finally reaching the kiss and confess part.
Other than that, it was a cute, bubbly game 8'). Once again, congratulations on finishing your first game!
I've just started playing it. It's really really adorable, the art has such a naive style! Did you draw the sprites yourself? Ah, and am I the only one who noticed that the main character wears Akemi Homura's outfit? xD
