EDIT: DELETE PERSISTENT DATA IN THE "SAVES" FOLDER LOCATED INSIDE THE "GAME" FOLDER BEFORE YOU PLAY. RENPY ARCHIVED MY PERSISTENT INFO ALONG WITH THE GAME

Eh you might consider to delete your persistent data manually before your release (go to Run->App Data-> Roaming->Renpy->delete the persistent data corresponds to your game (usually the name of your project on Ren'Py) )

How many endings are there?

There are three, but one of them has an extended version. The way to unlock it is by finding a button while a certain CG is on-screen. Once you do that, the extended ending for one of the episodes should be seen following the credits.

Get the file attached in this post and go to the "display" folder in the "renpy" folder. Once you're there, just dump it in and accept the overwrite.
