I really like the way some choices that would result in an instant game over in other games actually lead on to even more hilarious scenes in this one. Normally in games you can guess which choices aren't worth choosing as you'll just get punished for them, but in this one you seem to get rewarded no matter what you say, which makes it really unpredictable and fun. I liked that!

Yeah, the goal with this VN was definitely to avoid any sort of moral choice system and try to make all the endings and choices feel equally valid. I wanted it to be more about exploration than about "winning" or anything like that. In the post title, I tagged the game as "surreal," just meaning it generically, but there actually is just a tiny bit of influence from capital-S Surrealism, particularly the idea of dream logic (basically, stuff that would make sense in a dream but not in the real world).
Also, I saw that your latest game has rap battles in it... might have to be something I have to check out.

one of the things you unlock is a rap that plays over the credits.
