Hello!
A Wild Catgirl Appears is out now on PC/Mac/Linux. iOS is still being reviewed by Apple, but should be out shortly! Android is currently on hold due to bugs >_<
The game can be found here -

In addition, I'm continuing to support the game with free DLC, to be released as an update in the coming weeks.
If you'd like to follow me, Twitter @NewWestGames, Tumblr @NewWestGames and pretty much everywhere @NewWestGames will keep you up to date.
Except pinterest. Useless place.

I'm interested, but I'd like to know a bit more about it before I spend money on it. Where does the story take place? Are there more than one love-interest? Approximately how long is one playthrough?

Sure! I guess this post is a little light on details.
A Wild Catgirl Appears follows the story of Ami, a loner at high school, as she joins the school's coding club and sets about making her first video game. They create Starla, an awesome catgirl ninja and create a figure to interact with their game. The figure doesn't quite work, but the next day Starla is quite real!
It does feature currently 3 love interests, and currently one playthrough will last somewhere around the 90-120 minute mark. I'm continuing to support the game with free DLC, the first of which lands in a couple of weeks and will add an extra character and route to the game.
Hope that's a little more info

@TheOnlyKieran-
Just downloaded and played through your game once. Found it well done and enjoyable, however, I could not find a way to exit it, esc doesn't work, and there was no place anywhere on the game screen that said Quit. So I had to shut down my mac and do a restart to get out of it. Needless to say, I will not be revisiting the game if there is no easy and reasonable way to quit it if I wish to.
