A nice little game :) First time round I got ending 3 in 11.13. I have to admit though that like Alessio I didn't realise 'I do' was an option straight off. I just thought the yellow text was for particular emphasis, and that something had broken when I couldn't carry on >_<

Hm... I would need to know Sai's gender to determine exactly how scared I should be.

Okay, let's not make this a wasted post. I think I should point out that I just released an installer for version 1.0. The actual game is unchanged, but the installer does things like create icons on the desktop and in the start menu, and provides for an uninstaller. The next version of Ren'Py will probably include better support for non-Administrator installs on Windows, if I remember it.

Oh, sorry Sai, you answered him, and I took the original post and accidentally thought of the answer first, so I... it's complicated...

OK PyTom, I still owe you the play times...
1 - 3:30
2 - 9:20
3 - 18:43 (is that a record?)
4 - unknown, forgot to note down from all the excitement

I think i need to add one more piece of information

I may be odd but i enjoyed ending 3 the best

I think ending four was sad that the character lived his life...well...in order to die to really be with the one he wanted....kinda sad in a "Happy way"

i think i am starting to ramble....

Edit 2:
Just got Ending 3: 80:10 minutes... lol, I stopped to eat dinner, forgot and just got back to it >.>

Decided to try this one out b/c ppl said it was short. I liked ending 3 yes. Took me about 5 mins + text skipping. (Don't worry, I read fast)

Py' Tom

Moonlight Walks is a very good game... I really liked it... Sorry that I did not post the times that for each of the 4 endings. To be honest, I thought there were five endings to the game until I read about the game again.

I thought that maybe that there was an ending that if you marry Mary, that at some point in the game that she would materialize into flesh and blood and that she would stay with you... but that would be wishful thinking....

But still a beautiful game

Well, since I'm back on the forums (at least for a while) I'll comment on the new games that were released.

As for "Moonlight walks", so far I got ending 1 (7:37) and 3 (27:51). What can I say. Nice game really :). Sweet and romantic. To be honest I'd rather expect not to see the ghost in reality and see him/her later on the photo I took.

Finally the internet bill came... wich means that now i can dowload all these games that came out. :D One question: the multiplataform file has the files for all plataforms (Ren'Py, others) or is just specificaly for Ren'Py? (god this really is a stupid question  )

Edit:Never mind this question... i read the info in the game page. Sorry about that. :( Downloading it now... i'll put my word here later. :)

The multiplatform file has the files needed to run MW on both Windows and other platforms (Linux, other unices, maybe even the Mac). The exe installer only contains the files needed to run MW on Windows.

Both versions contain a stripped-down version of Ren'Py 4.4.2, missing some of the utilities that are only required for game development, and not required for people who are just playing the game.

I consider operation systems (Linux, Windows, etc) to be platforms, and Ren'Py to be a cross-platform engine.

I'll redownload it tomorrow and post my clear times when I get them.

(update: Feb 21, 2K5: have clear times for all four endings. here they are:)
Ending 1: 18 seconds
Ending 2: 51 seconds
Ending 3: 1 min. 43 sec.
Ending 4: 1 min. 45 sec.

(ending four was sad... no really, I think it was!)

I love it.
It's not your usual "another world or back to school" , ( not that there's anything wrong with those but with how popular they are....it gets dull ;-D ) , ren'ai yet it is still ren'ai with some mystery / strange or supernatural elements thrown in.
Bravo.

Daisuki da!!!
I love it!!!
So much fluff! I really enjoyed it. Very sweet and cute. I liked ending 3 the best (25 min- guess I'm a slow reader ;_; )

The only thing that I thought was kind of distracting was the fact that you still see a full moon when you go back to see Mary and she isn't there
