I'm actually not in the least surprised this came up... It's actually one of the bigger questions I thought on for a while myself when considering her immortality, back when I still had delusions of sequels featuring all the crap everyone's asking for: epic battles against Hanasia, lovey dovey mushy crud, and even Melissa and Jason's daughter... but yeah, none of that is ever gonna happen so these questions aren't even relevant... so my first and overall answer would be "Don't sweat the details..." but this did generate a bit of interesting discussion yesterday, so I figure I'd share what I shared earlier at least...

--- Is Melissa a virgin?
Technically yes ( man, I shoulda pitched this story to Judd Apatow... ), in this incarnation of the plot. Back when I had sequel aspirations, there was at one time the idea that she wasn't ( and would've happened before her own immortality ), and her former love would've turned out to be the very magician that grants Hanasia his immortality, but it felt so... meh... and was quickly removed. Then the entire idea of a sequel was removed. And then the original story was too, but I was convinced to give it a second chance, so at least that saw completion.
--- So if she is a virgin, would that membrane be broken (and then regenerate) every time she engages in intercourse?
This would also be a yes. But before anyone gets any tragic ideas about how much her love might hurt her, she does still have an entire compendium of magical... magic... so I'm sure she knows something that'd cut away any pain, plus perhaps something even for the clean up...
--- But, could immortal Jason still dischrge sperm to impreginate someone?
This is one I have no answer to, as I hadn't thought of it at all... Jason's an honest kid, and he'd never cheat on the girl that could kill him a thousand times over, so really... I can't imagine how it would ever come into play. Whatever answer you can come up with will do just fine.
-- Also, could Melessa temporay go mortal to get pregant then go back to be immortal? What if she went immortal while pregant? Would gestation continue till birth, she would be pernamently pregant at the point of getation, or woulkd she effectivly miscarry?
The way I imagine it, if she were pregnant and then became immortal again, her current state of pregnancy would freeze much like the rest of her, so if she stayed immortal, she would effectively be "permanently" pregnant. It really shouldn't affect the baby developmentally, as her immortality acts much like a pause button, so it would resume normally if she became mortal again. So beyond having the potential to be the longest pregnancy in history, I don't imagine things would be much different otherwise.

That's how I imagined everything going anyway, but don't take me at my word just because I'm one of the authors. Having so many details means more of them to trip over, so I might've even written myself into an inescapable corner and haven't realized it. I don't really have much a heart for discussing magic mechanics anymore though, but don't let that stop discussion either. I guess whatever's canon is canon and what isn't is up for whatever interpretation you can come up with. I probably won't be chiming in on it anymore though... I really only bothered responding thanks to all the egging on.
Also, don't listen to a thing Enerccio says... he's delusional...

My answer seems rather boring, actually, but I personally would've loved to have deferred this one to Kikered if I were able.
