By "Radio" there's an option to listen to, well, the radio, at the end of every week. It's really just a little UI window with a Play/Stop button that'll start a prerecorded audio stream that simulates live radio ( with DJ-ing and everything ), but best of luck getting the most out of most of it, since the streams are predominately Japanese without any subtitles or translations... not that it isn't amusing.
Kirikiri should run without a hitch for Vista users, so says a friend who tried it, but you might need to set your locale settings to Japanese to get it to run if you encounter problems ( or use good ol' AppLocale ).

It should be something like "Um, Haruka's very cute and energetic, so I want to work hard not to let her down!" And even with the grammar fixed, that sentence is still very awkward and fake-sounding.
I think it's quite fine considering the context: A seiyuu being interviewed about an anime character she provides the voice for. The script as a whole is actually pretty solid, and it is obvious that most of it has gone by a proofreader or skilled translator when you run into the not-so-pretty scenes ( mostly involving the radio and not affecting the main story at all ).
