The Plot:
On one fateful night in the middle of winter, a lonely soul's wish is granted. In a world where everything is either black or white, which path will you take when you encounter the living, breathing version of a love interest from the most recent visual novel game that you've been playing?

Inspired by Japanese drama CDs where you have a white side and a black side, Darling Duality presents the player with choices that will lead you to either a 'sweet' ending or a 'sinister' ending :3
The game is fully voice-acted in English and is designed so that the many expression changes fit the voice acting, as opposed to the text. In a way, while it's still a VN, it's more like a VN/drama CD/ASMR roleplay kinda thing.
Castor/ia is a yandere-type character, so please make sure to read all of the warnings/triggers section on the page before deciding whether or not to play :3 While the game isn't R18 (at least I personally wouldn't class it as such since there's no nudity) it does feature a somewhat suggestive scene.
This is a side project I would love to expand on in the future, as I have a whole bunch of characters in mind that I'd like to add + other scenarios for Castor/ia :3 For now though, it's just something short that I was on a very tight schedule to get released by the jam deadlines, haha.

1) This is the second jam game I've made where I decided to have the characters address the player in a gender-neutral way. I chose to do that so that as many people could enjoy the game as possible. Is this something that you'd be interested in seeing in the future? Or would it be preferable that I make references to specific genders in my writing?
2) The genre I care about the most is otome, but I chose to include a female love interest option in this. Is that something anyone is interested in (having both options) or should I just stick to making male love interests/otome versions only?
3) How would you feel about having full R18 scenes later on in the game?
4) Would you still play the game without any CGs (as I can't afford to hire an artist to draw stuff like that >.<)
5) Would you be interested in playing the full version of the game featuring multiple romance options all in one game? Or would episodic releases by character be preferable?
