"The Mother of Pearls" is a primarily NVL-style VN. While the dialogue between the mother and daughter is presented in a more ADV-style textbox, the NVL screen remains to serve as the background in place of the traditional backgrounds and character sprites normally shown in an ADV-style VN.

This is a sweet story, the funny thing is that I may make a VN with the same theme.
