The girl definitely represents a type of drug. She attached to his left arm, which could symbolize him performing the injection of the drug. And also, the doc talks about how he "missed veins and arteries", and in the best ending it took a month for her to be out of his life, and it could represent him getting over his addiction.

I agree with this actually. Although do you think the game maker thought as deeply as you? While it's fine for a player/reader to get into and "decode" a game/story, the writer/maker may of not been thinking as deeply as you when the game/story was made.

Pretty unique art style. I love the pixellate-thingy. But I don't like the annoying system, I can't save everytime it presented the choices ! Maybe I miss many endings

oh well the script.rpy is still accessible...

Thoughts :

I'm not really sure what the writer is trying to say. perhaps, among many speculations, the simplest one I can think is the protagonist himself is having a mental illusion.
