I've never played the first version, but I really enjoyed this. The story was short, but sweet and beautifully written that it touches the heart. The voice-overs were nicely done, and it seemed as if that I was there in the story as well. Graphics-wise, they were gorgeous - an extremely nice contrast with the music and dialogue which pulled me right into the core of the VN.

(Hope it's okay to bump this!) I just finished playing this, and it was so sweet! It's really nice what you can do with just a few minutes of someone's time and it shows that no matter how short, if you have an appealing message you can make a little bit of a impact. Lovely~

Short but beautifully written. I haven't played a game that had English voice acting and I found it very pleasant to listen to (wondering if you approach the writing differently if you're planning to have it voiced?). Lovely artwork.
