I have to argee with ShiraiJunchi here...sometimes it IS good to cry, and if you make it in a way that causes people to cry...sometimes it's nice to cry, espically for men, since we are brought up to believe that men don't cry. HOWEVER...it is your manga, and do as you see fit. The goal is to make people want to read it - so far NO PROBLEM there, you're doing a great job! - and if you think a sad ending fits it better...(gets the tissues ready).

Yup! I love to read Yoshizumi Wataru' s mangas. Her stories are sweet and cute. Maybe because that, my style is influenced by her.
...About the ending, it's so early to ready the tissues, there're still more than 20 pages, though. ^o^. I would almost forget my own saying if you didn't remind. Yes, the stories started and ended by itself, I'm merely the person used my pen to record them. So, I'll draw anything I think it's the best.

I don't think it's over... this is Black Pencil after all, and so it's a little more twisted than that. Although I still don't totally know which ending the manga is going for...

Anyway, snowshine, while the art and composition are extremely well done, there are a few spelling errors on the first page:

numerus -> numerous
seriuos -> serious

There is also one incorrect use of a homophone:

breaks -> brakes

I have to say that, having just replayed BP a few weeks ago, I'm really interested in seeing where this is going, since like the original, it's not telegraphing much.

0_o !!!! Well... I feel pretty dumb... It's all my fault... The great artwork? Snowshine... The horrible spelling? Me... I'm so sorry everyone. Especially to snowshine- I feel like I've failed >_< . I didn't read closely enough to catch those spelling errors. Worse yet, I actually created the "break" error...

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, PyTom. I'll be more thorough next time (assuming snowshine can forgive me ;_; [and that there is more left ~_^])

It can't end like this, of course... or can it? I believe not, because the whole point of Black Pencil is indeed... about what happens next ^_^.
