hey i pay for your game online and they never give me the game or give me my money back!

I'm sorry, but something must have gone wrong on your side then. We tested the ordering procedure before we even posted here, if you do everything right you should get two e-mails: 1) your order confirmation 2) your download instructions.

We sell our products through a third party which is used by several other people, so I assume they know what they're doing. Besides, I checked our account there and it says no orders have been made yet.

Perhaps they have yet to review your order and the e-mail with the download will appear later, or perhaps you made a mistake in the ordering information/form. Also, before going on a rampage here, we would appreciate it if you could send us a pm with your problem.

i know they got my side of the order being check my bank accote and there was $20.00 in there be for and now there is only $7.00 in there now i have been email them but there not email me back about it i give them all the info they need and my addresses i did ever thing good on my end and i have buy games online be for and never ever did this where i do not get my money back or never get the game !

All right, did you receive the first e-mail from them which confirms your order? If you did, please send it to us by e-mail. If not, please PM me your information and we will contact them ourselves.

Either way, don't worry. We'll work out the problem and you definitely won't have paid for nothing. We just need some information first. If the order really didn't get through to them and they didn't e-mail you, then we will provide a download link to the full game ourselves so you'll still get the game .

Hi I was wondering if you could help me. I’m not sure if its the full demo I played or not. But I tried out your newest demo which was very nice. An I updated Java. But I keep having problems such as the options, and save/load buttons. Also whenever I get to the part where Esta has meet that rich kid. An comes back home and Matt & Michel think, she’s gone crazy. An then she goes back into her room. Then after a few more phrases the screen goes black. An and error message appears which then freezes. Please help as I’d like to try the full demo.
