Granted. Now wishes are so easily corrupted that everyone goes into depression after having their dreams shattered.

I wish everyone could be happy with and/or accept each other's differences.

Granted, but as soon as you finish eating them, you become addicted to them like a crack addict. Eventually ending with you injecting jelly beans into your veins.

Granted. Now you donate your blood every hour, so that after 2 days, you end up dying from extreme blood loss.

Since I still like my answer to the recycling one:

Unfortunately, nobody makes cheap things out of glass or aluminum anymore, so all we're stuck recycling is plastic which recycles really poorly. (Remember, always choose glass, metal, or paper over petroleum products!)

For the test one: You don't have a test tomorrow. You were supposed to take it today, and you got a 0 for not showing up.

I wish that everyone lived in a narrow vertical strip of land so we wouldn't have to deal with timezones, while giving the added bonus of keeping 23/24ths of the Earth's land untouched by humans.

Granted, and now everyone is forced to stand in one place until they die since there are billions of people in the world.
