It depends on which game. If the file ends with ".zip" or ".rar", you'll need a decompression program to get the files out. There are many available for free on the internet, such as Filzip ( http://www.filzip.com/ ) and IZArc ( http://www.izarc.org/ ). Once you install these programs, you should be able to right-click your game file and have an option to extract the files. You should then be able to find a "run_game" or .exe file which will start the game

The decompression programs are really necessary for a lot of things on the internet, so if you don't have one, it would be a good idea to install one, anyway.
