Where is everybody?

Just wondering where everyone was from.
You can be as unspecific as you want and name a continent or whatever.
I just want to know where the creators and people who enjoy VNs are
To start with, I'm from North America.
To be more specific, the US.
To be even more specific, California.
To be even more specific than that, Narnia.
