As a matter of fact, I've already started to do my new moderating duties even before this welcome thread was created. I'm not that much into big hellos and introductions when someone has already been around before, but thank you guys a bundle for the nice words. I would have answered this thread earlier, but a) I live in a different timezone than most of you and b) yesterday was one of the semifinals of the European soccer championship (the game we call football instead of your American football). Had to see this game, so no checking the LSF.

Anyway, I hope I can help plenty of people around here, so let's get it on!

By the way, funny thing about my name: As "tale" and "tail" are homophones (words that sound the same) and the word "to weave" isn't one a German with only basic English skills would usually know and looks like "to wave", many of my countrymen believe my name means "tailwagger".

Hm... I just thought about this now. What's the process of becoming an Admin? Is there some sort of secret ritual? Wearing a ridiculous outfit around the office and serving everyone cupcakes and milk Or is it just sticking around the forums long enough to build up a good reputation, then the existing Admins approach you and ask you to join?
