Men with no/too much balls. who are being lead/leading by girls with the same issue.

Also Sparkling softcore Vampires... Oh I thought this was an overused and needs to stop one...

Um well, Power girls and a guy who knows what the hell needs to be done.

lol previously they're the sensual but oh so deadly vampires popular with Anne Rice fans.

I think the..smart nerdy types (beta-type) can magically turn into 'alphas' and remain 'alphas' are just overused in fiction.

Childhood Friend but its an easy way to make a connection between two characters.

Idiot Hero but its a comic relief thing.

There's probably ones that are more used but i think these are common to find.

I won't be able to look at werewolves and vampires the same way after this load of crap : / Shame, they are fun to draw

As for overused tropes: close friend with a crush on protagonist. It's good if they keep quiet about it, or they're understanding and remain friends after possible rejecting, but when they start to get possessive and ridicule main hero for her/his choices it's getting sort of meh >:[
Famous friendzone, goddamit I don't want this shit in my games too

But it's good if it's well done. One of my favorite overused archetypes is 'from zero to hero'. It can be really awesome despite being one of the oldest reused story types/character arcs.

Zero to Hero is also a big one , but no one wants to see an already strong guy continuing being strong , we like the underdog achieving his/her goals.

Yanderes are awesome but i don't think its overused, if anything we need more of it, more like mirai nikki and less like school days.

Okay he cheated but come on she didnt have to kill him, she could of just locked him up in her basement or something thats seems like a better yandere ending instead of killing the man you love so no one else can be with him, well your shit outta luck cus you aren't having either.

then don't stop! We need our hotter, more manly Vampires. I just don't draw/write them because that would require me to do commentary on Religion and well we sure as hell don't want that. (Though I am working on a Succubus story so what the hell)

...you make me want to draw succubus instead xD or incubus, i don't recall seeing them around much

I think the last time I was interested in vampires was before I saw "the interview with a vampire". I don't know but something about pure angsty hero threw me off xp But I can see myself going back to werewolves someday :)

Sure. We talking horror?

As a LI, can a character be "slightly yandare"? Slightly crazily obssesive... nope, still bad.

LOL Louis is extremely melodramatic. Which is why I avoided Interview with a vampire like a plague, both the book and movie.

But I loved a few of Anne Rice's later books like Pandora, The Vampire Armand, Merrick...

lol, Succubi just don't get any cover because they are the truly sexual counterpart of the myth.

Vamps are all "Look into my eyes" while Succubi are more along "Oh hi, your up. You are REALLY going to enjoy this... then die. Good luck!"
