Happy New Year, all! Not sure I have a resolution for the new year, but if I did, it would probably include doing a better job of being an admin. And also finishing a VN at some point in time. >.>

Yeah, releasing another VN is on the 2013 list for me too. Not that I'm a big New Years Resolution guy, but it's really time, sheesh.

I'm still a boring two hours away from New Years! Due to family affairs, I had to hang up grapes and scatter coins this year. (If you must ask, it's a tradition of ours. It's to bring good luck for the year.)
My New Year's resolution would probably be to more harder and cheer up more. 2012 has treated me harshly and I'm not gonna let 2013 do that to me! I'd also like to improve on my drawing skills. I'm gettin' there!

Happy New Year everyone! :D I really hope this will be a good one!

I don't think I ever do New Year's resolutions, but I guess I do kinda have some this year (though they weren't made for the sake of the New Year :P)

- Get a job
- Save up 10,600 $ for an intensive 6 month art course
- Improve my OCD problems

Here's for a good new year! 2013, here we come! :D

I had a lovely New Year's Day with my family. I like the New Year, it's a good time to take a deep breath and start over.

My resolutions are:
- Get fit, eat better and lose 5.2 kg.
- Get my design portfolio in order as finding a new and better job is on the table this year.
- Save more money so I can move over east.
- Learn to drive.
- Take part in Nanoreno.
- Finish BCM.
- Take better care of myself and my living space.

Last year my resolution was to go on dates. And I did. All 3 of them before I figured out I hated people messing with my free time at the moment. Good lesson learnt there.

Oh, right! My resolutions this year are...

- Pay my STUPID debt.
- Save Money (see above to achieve)
- Be Orderly with all the aspects of my life: time, work, money, exercise, house chores, etc, etc, etc...
- Set my life priorities straight and work hard.
- Become a vegetarian/flexitarian (a vegetarian that eats meat occasionally).

If you've got exactly 5.2 kg to lose, you don't need to lose any weight. Really. I could use 52.0 kg and be still be a little overweight. I need to lose weight. Not you.

If it's anywhere below 10 kg, don't even bother dieting. Really. The health benefits you get aren't worth the trouble.

Reminds me of one random conversation with a friend of mine.
Her : Are you okay with eating this many snacks ?
Me : Yeah, I don't grow fat over eating a bit from time to time. I just don't go overboard.

Don't worry, it's more about editing my lifestyle than my weight :) I've been 55 kg for a long time and the only reason it's changed now is because I've been eating poorly and not exercising enough. I just want to do simple things like exercise a bit when I get home and snack on fruit and nuts instead of sweets. It's easier making the change now and losing just a little bit of weight than waiting for it to become a bigger issue when my habits will be a lot harder to change. And if nothing else, I'll be healthier for it!
