Help with Shockwave Flash and Renai' games

#1 Post by Echo »

I downloaded Other Age and the latest Shockwave Flash player, but I can't get Other Age to work.

Would someone please post step-by-step instructions to help me? Thanks.

Hmmm, if you download and install the latest Flash player, then open your internet browser (IE, FF, Opera) and drag&drop the .swf file to it, it should work. :?

The .swf file is inside the .zip file which you downloaded from the Archives.

You need a program that can open .zip files, like 7zip or similar. You then extract the .swf file from the .zip to a folder of your choice and then the drag/drop thing should work.

It should be automatically installed in your browser. You mentioned you downloaded it.

On Internet Explorer, File -> Open -> pick the .swf file.

If you just want to play, you can play it online:

That (in theory) should be no problem at all, if you have Flash installed.

It shouldn't be very hard... :?

Any way , another thing to try clicking "open new window" under file on your browser then....at the new / blank window - under file on browser click open file ( at least this is how it works for firefox if you have it...I don't know if it's slightly different with other browsers but it shouldn't be.... ) and where you know the swf thing is at , click on the file itself and tada it'll be in a new window ready to play.

Hope that helps.

Shouldn't you ask this at the Other Age website? They probably know this better than us ^^;
