Book i'm writing, Anyone interested in reading it?

Please post if you like it.
Plot: the setting is victorian england. 11 year olds Samantha runs away from her wealthy family to live as a boy for a while, fails utterly, and so returns to find that the her whole family died in a fire. She finds a strange note signed "Raycine" and runs away to london to live as a boy and to find out more about this "Raycine".

Genre: Victorian dark/mystery/romance.

"And sometimes you close your eyes
and see the place where
you used to live
when you.. where young"

My youth Ended at the age of 11.

"Samantha! Come down from there this instant!" It was my mother calling. I had climbed up in a tree and was reading a new chapter of one my older brothers book, The song of the wind and the trees. It was what my mother called Homosexual littratuere. Homosexual was to mean "bad, dirty," But this was neither. it was a beutiful love story. About a boy in a boarding school and his doomed lover. it was, sincerly, the most beutiful book i have ever read.

"Samantha! NOW!"
I had used my last ounce of strengh to climb that tree, in a dress, witch worsend the situation. Oh how i despiced dresses. They made it harder to move and i could not run properly. I could not play with boys, they made fun of that dress of mine. I could neverplay with boys, since my dress might get dirty, or torn.

"Oui, Maman?" Mother hated the fact that i constantly spoke french. When i asked why she despiced France, she never answerd. However, it was considerd proper for a young lady to speak at least two languges. It was, never the less, my weapon against her. "Samantha! Come down NOW!" "Give me three good reasons." I giggled as i stroked my long, black hair back. I could see her on the ground, and also that she was thinking hard. I smiled, gave it no more thought, and dove into my book again.

"Kaze to ki no uta wa kikoeru ga, Lolita?" I stopped to look down. it appeard mother had given up on me, and Edward, my eldest brother, standing there instead. "I came just five minutes ago." I slid down the tree to hear more. He was 22, tall, Blonde and handsome. He hadn't changed very much since i saw him last.

"Don't you want your presents?"
I squealed with delight. Edward was a Diplomery who traveled to japan from time to time. He always remembered his family however. why, He had even taught me some japanese.
He picked me up. "nii-san, Aren't i too old for this?" I murmured. "Technically, yes. However, what if i where to die tommorow? We should treasure what we have while we have it." I slid down. Whatever might this present be? Last time he had brought me a novel, translated by himself. It was called "The tale of Genji" and was exactly the kind of littrature mother wanted me to avoid.

"Merd is pretty mad at me, though." I said as i slid to the ground. "Merd" was what we called mother in her absence. Edward laughed. "What a bother! To hell with Merd, Let's open the presents." I smiled and agreed.

There is something you should know. our family is wealthy. My mother died while i was very young. My father, a merchent, remarried the women we call "Merde". Merde always insisted on me being a lady. Both me and my brothers hated her. My brothers were like my sheild. We clung together, we were FAMILY. We always stood up for one another. We divided the blame eaqually so that nobody felt bad in the end. We sometimes took the blame from one another, too. We shared everything, toys, candy, books. It is a comforting thought to know that one is loved.

We were now sitting in the living room, as i unpacked my presents. True, Mother had not been happy with me, But there was no time for scolding as it was present-tme, and that was not to be missed. Scolding was for later, hopefully soon forgotten.

I eagerly opend the box. I felt the paper crinkling beneath my hand, as i pulled out a cap, a shirt, suspenders, and shorts. they were all elaboratly decorated with embroidery. Mother opened her mouth to protest, but Edward quickly stopped her. "This is what girls in japan wear. She wrote to me that all her freinds want one." He stopped to wink at me. "Samantha could use it to turn her freinds green with envy." Mother looked annoyed for a minute, then she settled down. hah. If only she knew. I didn't even have many female freinds, sometimes i was invited to teaparties, but that was about it. I played with my brothers most of the time.
"Samantha, you may NOT, under any circumstance, wear that!" Mother scolded. I sighed. "You may show it to your freinds, but you may not wear it. what will the others thinkbla bla bla bla" Then a thought dawned on me. What about running away? Pack my dearest possesions, Just for a while, not for long, just to get to live as a boy for a while. And then i would return home. Oh, Mother wanted me to say something. "Oui, Maman." I said, not listening, nor knowing what she wanted me to answer. There was silence for a moment, then she walked away, scowling. My brothers were laughing their guts out, I was quiet. My older brother, Henry, Told me between laughes that she had asked if i was an uncultured heathen street-child, and i had answered "Yes". I smiled. I had to plan. for running away! it would be a piece of cake in my new clothes. I could tuck my hair under the cap. oh it was so exiting!

That sounds really interesting. I wish you'll finish it and then it will be translated to my first language... Since books are usually too heavy in English for me. (Visual Novels are just fine though, even though they would be as long as a book. Strange.)

And yay, so I am not the only future writer! :D Except for I will probably never succeed if I keep on improving this slowly.. Sniff.

Sure !
I attempted to write several short texts - nothing great really - that actually created the basis of the stories I write nowadays but never ended in a full book yet.
I'm always curious about what others are writing and would be glad to read your story, which seems very interesting.
