Nice, a forum upgrade!
Now everyone can subscribe to threads we're interested in, instead of hunting them down all the time or hoping someone stickies them.

Re: phpBB3 Migration
argh... the update time on 'new posts' was always bad on this forum compared to others, but now it's gotten really annoying. I'm getting the 'new post' marker on forums when the most recent post in them I haven't read is more than 24 hours old and I've been on and off the board tons of times in between that period.
'view new posts' shows nothing at all, so I can't even try to clear all of these unread posts in one sweep.
Is there any way to fix things so that it only displays the orange icon for individual boards if there are new posts since last visit?

Re: phpBB3 Migration
Have you tried "Mark forums read" on the front page?
Some other things to try:
Log out and log back in again.
Try "Delete all forum cookies", on the front page.
Try shift-reload to make sure you don't have pages cached.
Similarly, try bypassing any web proxy you may be using.
You should also check to see if the time given on each page ("It is currently") is correct.

Heh. I used Firefox's "Adblock" to hide the big prominent logo girl at work.mikey wrote:Although... with all the love for the logo, I found it a bit easier to browse at work, when there was no cartoon girl sitting around. But you shouldn't browse forums at work anyway, so...
I do like Lemma, but it did make the site a bit too obviously non-work...
I released 3 VNs, many moons ago: Elven Relations (IntRenAiMo 2007), When I Rule The World (NaNoRenO 2005), and Cloud Fairy (the Cute Light & Fluffy Project, 2009).

Just to say that I notice the Development Center being "Lem'ai Ren'ai". Typo or a established name?

If you're using firefox, nothing beats the platypus + greasemonkey combination. Platypus is an interactive editor for web pages. You can point around to varius ui elements, and click remove, and they go away. When you're happy, you can have it save a greasemonkey user script, and the next time you go back to the site, the changes are made automagically.
Powerful stuff.

I'm having a problem with most of the attached files: you can't click to view them. It's just plain text. There was a zip file that showed up as usual (meaning a blue hyperlink), so it might just be image files that are quirking like this for me. I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.4 on WinXP Pro.
