If he truly believes Muslims will cut off his head if he makes a scifi webcomic/VN, he knows best his situation. I would never council someone to do something they think would get them killed unless they are willing to die for their convictions.

So, I think VNQuality should give up the cash in order to make his work anonymously if making something that upsets people so badly they will want to kill him is so important to him.
A Close Shave:
*Last Thing Done (Aug 17): Finished coding emotions and camera for 4/10 main labels.
*Currently Doing: Coding of emotions and camera for the labels--On 5/10
*First Next thing to do: Code in all CG and special animation stuff
*Next Next thing to do: Set up film animation
*Other Thing to Do: Do SFX and Score (maybe think about eye blinks?)

My city is 20% composed of antisocial Muslims and 30% of the Orthodox Christian fanatics. There is not so comfortable to live, even supporting neutrality.

While I think racial and religions stereotypes make really good comedic material, I don't think we should call one another names in any sort of productive discussion. Stating that "Russians are odd" is quite unhelpful.

Please tone it down a little.

I've been trying to keep out of this thread but I feel I have to agree with everyone else, to help get the point across. The original question was on which of the two mediums (VN or WC) one could make the most money while still remaining anonymous, right? As far as I've understood it, the only way to do this would be to register a false (and thus illegal) identity to a paypal account and have the medium generate money into this account. This, however, would effectively also prevent you from ever using said money, unless you plan to blow your own cover.

Simply put, I see no realistic way to accomplish that which you are looking for, OP. I would advice you to do what everyone else has adviced. Either make it freeware and distribute it anonymously, or stand up for your story and be prepaired for the consequenses that will follow. Sorry if I'm delving into stuff that might be unadvicable to mention on these forums, if my post is out of the court, feel free to delete it for me.
