I'm going to be participating in this event called Extra Life. Every year since 2008, people stream 24 hours of game play to raise donations for hospitals that belong to the Children's Miracle Network.

What's nice is that you can break it up into a couple of days is 24 hour marathons aren't your thing.Originally designed as a 24-hour marathon of gaming, Extra Life has evolved to mean different things to different people (though most of our participants still attempt the marathon).
To participate you need only sign up (free) and gather the support of your friends and family through tax-deductible donations to your local CMN Hospital. Then on Saturday, October 25th, 2014 (or any day that works for you!) play any game(s) you want on any platform(s) that you want with anyone you want for as long as you want.
The proceeds from Extra Life stay where they're raised to support children's hospitals.
Anyway, the reason I post this here is because you can participate in teams. I was wondering if anyone would want to be on a team made up of VN devs? Or a Lemmasoft Team, if that would be approved of. If someone would want to help me organize that, I'd be game to help run it. Heck, a few teams could be formed based on where people are located, just so more hospitals get support.
