Server Upgrade

I've just ordered a new dedicated server, that the LSF and my other web operations will be moving to. The move will probably occur sometime this weekend, and will involve some downtime. I'll let you know exactly when when I find out myself.

The new server should be much nicer. Here are the specs for the old and new servers. I split it with a friend of mine, so divide everything by 2 to get my share (which goes to the forums, renai.us, bishoujo.us, renpy.org, and various other web projects)

OLD:
1.3 ghz celeron
1024 mb ram
2x80 gb hdd
1000 gb/month transfer

NEW:
2.0 ghz core 2 duo (dual core!)
2048 mb ram
2x250 gb hdd
1500 gb/month transfer

The new server has been properly provisioned. So now I'm going to begin migrating things over. Expect some downtime shortly.

Was the old one also split in two? ^^;... Otherwise the new one is pretty similar :)

Yes, the old one was also split in to. Also, don't forget that the core 2's ghz are much faster than the celeron's ghz.

And, despite a little more hassle then I would have hoped, we're now up and running on the new server. Hopefully, things are a bit faster. If you have any problems, please report them here.
