This is my second year participating in NaNoRenO and I'm very excited! The game is going to be rather short sinceI am already so incredibly busy in march with exams and and book deadline, but I'm still looking forward to it! And the big fun comes when it's april and I get to play all the cool games!
Good luck everybody!^^

I've got a couple of ideas kicking around my head for this year. This time last year was a bit of a mess.

Rolling in with minimal experience, no idea on story or characters, and no back up. I love it, I'm in.

I'll participate in this. I have an (as I have come to realize over the course of the last month) fairly ambitious project going on, and it sounds like this could be a good opportunity to do a bit of experimenting in a low-pressure setting.

I think I'll be working with Saguaro on my first NaNo, and excited doesn't cover it. covers up any creepy fangirling admiration though
I just finished up drafting a planning document on my project, and I'm so pumped... When can we start already o(--(

I'm thinking of going for it. ♥ And if I don't have enough time, I'll just aim for IntRenAiMo. Most likely a remake of
War: Valentine Edition (which was pretty much made under a NanoReno deadline, haha) or something else. I have quite a few ideas bouncing around my head, so I'll have to see which one fits my schedule.
Good luck, everyone! Let's support each other.

Hello, Hseo! I believe it should be just fine. To quote Ren'Py's creator:
PyTom wrote:Other engines are certainly allowed. NaNoRenO has always been community run, and about the games - unlike certain other game jams *cough* that only exist to promote a specific tool.
I hope that helps! I wish you well.

Oh, I'm so excited! This will be my first time participating, and I'll be flying solo. I have an inkling of what I want to focus on and I hope I have something presentable by the end!

Recently hopped aboard the visual novel making train, with some ideas still in the early concept stages, and of course, I had to impulsively decide to solo two game jams. :") Keeping it small and kinetic for NanoReno, however, which hopefully poses a feasible goal. Good luck to everyone participating.

First time doing NaNoRenO I've done nanowrimo in the past so I'm excited to begin this as i've wanted to make a visual novel for a while now, i hope its the kick up the butt i need to begin working on some of my projects.
i'll be flying solo so i'm going to make something small & simple, with two main paths. Hopefully it works out that way and i don't try to add anything on to expand my work load.
also i am somewhat glad that i can use other engines for making this visual novel since I've never used Renpy before

Good evening everyone, Kaisai here!
I am the leader of a group of writers and artists who will be participating this year in NaNoReNo. We are calling ourselves VisualMuscle. This will be our first time ever making a visual novel! (I have experience in making VN's for presentations using engines like ONScripter and RealLive).
Thanks! We look forward to developing and releasing our first VN!
