A more organisational question about the forum structure that I have been wondering about since there isn't any clear dictation on how to do it:
Let's say I post a idea.
And then I am about 60% done with the idea and consider making a WIP for it.
And naturally (hopefully) it is finished someday and deserves a thread in the Completed section.
Do I pm someone and ask them to move the thread?
Do I simply always make a new thread in each area?
Do I make a new one for WIP, but that one gets moved to completed when finished?
I am honestly confused about how to work through the folder structure here O_O

Re: When Ideas turn to WIP turn to Completed
Generally you can PM to get a thread from Ideas to WIP, and when the project is finished, you create a new thread in the Completed Games board. Moving a WIP thread to the Completed Games board would probably look incredibly messy as there's sure to be outdated info.

Re: When Ideas turn to WIP turn to Completed
What BáiYù said, though you are not required to have an Ideas thread moved. Instead, you may start a new WIP thread even if you have a present Ideas thread on the same game (since a work in progress may differ wildly from the original idea, or the Ideas thread could be inactive for a long time before a project eventually gets in the WIP stage). This is an exception to our usual "one project, one thread" guideline.
Also, you needn't start with an Ideas thread. If your project is already far enough in development, you may immediately start with a WIP thread without even bothering about posting in Ideas.
