Nice.
OT somewhat: Question, since it's been awhile since I've looked into linux communities... is there any linux game at all that most resembles a JRPG console experience, or do they not yet exist?
Or are the games on pygame more or less the kind of games on offer?
Must a game have open art assets to be included in an Ubuntu distro?

I don't know but it seemed more like a commercial for Ubuntu than a manga. Feels like I was watching a commercial on TV.PyTom wrote:A manga about Ubuntu.

What! If you use wine it's likely to play any sexy anime girl games!?!
Now that's a good way to promote floss.

Well, we had game drink, moe wine and rice, OS-tan and console-tan so it's not surprising

Yeah, except, as opposed to being a commercial, which are usually videos that are broadcast, this is a series of sequential art panels that tell a narrative, like a manga.
This was great, and I want more.

Hmm...I see. But I meant it as a commercial not in a sense that it uses the same medium as a tv commercial but in a sense that it's objective is to get attract people to use the product like a commercial instead of to entertain which should be a manga's objective.Guest wrote:Yeah, except, as opposed to being a commercial, which are usually videos that are broadcast, this is a series of sequential art panels that tell a narrative, like a manga.

Oh, I see. It's really hard to tell if someone is joking/being sarcastic when you can't read the body language of the person.Guest wrote:I was being sarcastic.

To be honest, it reminds me more of Chick Tracts than anything else.
