Transitions Between Speakers

#1 Post by Zanman7 »

I am currently working on a visual novel, and I would like the Speaker Name and their dialogue to fade in each time dialogue progresses

I have found that I can do this by appending "with Dissolve(0.2)" to the dialogue;

Char1 "This is some dialogue." with dissolve
Char2 "This is some more dialogue." with dissolve

While this is easy and works, it is a hastle to apply this to each line of dialogue.

Is there way to have this same result, without having to manage each line individually?
