It seems like this forum gives me error whenever i click something like member forums, threads and going back to the index page.

This gives me one.
However, my connection seems fine to me, honestly, i don't know why and how.

That's not an error on your end, it's an error within the internal database. It's been around for a couple of years now, nothing to be concerned about, really
