The rules are straight forward and easy to follow. Nothing wrong with it that I see.

If I have time, maybe I'll enter. Maybe.

Btw, I usually provide information about current manga/drawing contests at my site: Manga Tutorials. Mind if I list it down?

Yes, huge Utena fan. :)

*waves her shiny Rose Seal Ring* Although I have the slightly more common "movie version" ring and not the fairly rare original, the super rare black rose, or the super expensive silver repro.

(Also still looking for the Real Model Anthy figurine which I've been regretting not buying for years... and I'd *like* a cosplay outfit but I'm not really built to look good cosplaying.)
