I already edited my signature to be what it was before, by the way.

I literally don't know where this goes, but, I HAVE to tell this, to see this is right or not. Well, I logged back into LemmaSoft after a while, some months maybe. While I was checking if everything is fine, there was only a text written "website" on my signature, and when you click it, it goes to a French site that sells...*ahem* vi*gra, called cialispascherfr24.

I'm definietely not from this website's staff, and this website looks scammy/shady/suspect to me. So I'm assuming someone else have the access to my profile. Also, is something like this happening with you too?

This isn't something I've seen much before, it's most likely someone learned your password through a leak and used it to hack your account. There's any number of ways this could happen, even on the 'safe' parts of the internet. My advice: change all your passwords, and even if it's an annoyance make sure all your passwords are different, none repeating. Hope you're able to get this taken care of soon, and I'm so sorry you have to go through this dumbness! It absolutely sucks
