Hooray! A free trip to the Sun!

Seriously though, I think a thousand posts will come faster than 13 new users. Of course, now the exact opposite will happen, because the universe loves proving me wrong.

I think the number of users has been going up pretty quickly. If I remember, I was number 264... I think the users will increase by about %4 before the posts increase by %10

What prize do you get if you skew the results by making multiple accounts?

A nailbat to the noggin!

(Okay, back to work defining the classes to represent channels in Ren'Py.)

It's certainly possible to get 300 users before the 10,000 posts...but I still think 10,000 is a bit easier....it's very encouraging to see new members and see that people respond to posts...still think the 10,000 will come first =)

*makes a note to avoid the nailbat to the noggin...that sounds really painful!*

The free trip to the sun sounds better...

...what is a "nailbat" anyway? ... a baseball bat with nails in it?

As seen in the "Comic Party" manga, yes.

BTW, this thread should serve as a subtle hint for the artists out there to consider preparing gift-art for Lemma. This post, a not-so-subtle hint about the same thing.

I'm leaning towards the 300 members before the 10,000 posts but overall, I think they'll be pretty close...

the way I see it, it's a trick question. somehow, both will be achieved at exactly the same time.

Just to throw some numbers at it (hey, I'm a scientist, it's what I do), in the past 31 days, there were 736 posts and 25 new users. So in that time, users would have won...

I am afraid that I may have skewed the results a little tiny bit...A loooong time ago, when I first played Tales of Lemma I, I wanted to ask a question on the [then extremely small] forums, so I got a screen name with my E-mail address natanime5@yahoo.com. I never got around to asking the question; I do not even remember what it was. For that matter, I do not remember my screen name and password from that time.

When I came back here and realized that there were people posting, and in fact an interesting community had arisen, I wanted to post on some topics, but I was unable to get a screen name because my E-mail address already had another account attached to it. I had to wait until I got a new E-mail address through my college before I could actually get a usable account.

I beg of thee forgiveness!!!!! *curls up in a ball for protection from punishment*

I like forums where everyone knows everyone else. When they get big I tend to 'move on', so I'd say I hope the post count (and quality ^_^) continues to rise faster than the members.
