Hey, what qualifies as 'young' anyway?
Born in the 90's?
Less than twenty?

On this forum, I'd say anyone under 18 is young. In real life, it would be anyone under 35.

Generally, "young at heart" means you don't feel old, either you're still behaving in a youthful and exuberant manner or you still have the liberal open-mindedness of youth and haven't become a crotchety old "damn-kids-get-off-my-lawn-with-your-rock-music-and-your-printed-t-shirts" guy, or maintain a sense of adventure or whatever, while people talking about "mental age" usually just mean that the person is childish.

(I don't think I've ever heard the literal expression "young at mind" in English, mind.)

Then I think I'm also young at heart... a little bit childish perhaps... I still even haven't take a liking to opposite gender. Though my work doesn't reflect any of this -_-
