Can... can you patent putting food in a can? That doesn't seem like a thing you could patent. But my favourite part has to be how CBS has the story tagged as "sandwich in a can". Like, just in case there's an exciting follow up, people will be able to look back on the many articles and know that yes, CBS had up to the minute updates on the canned sandwich fiasco.

PB&J in a can wouldn't be so bad except for the idea of all those preservatives in the bread. :P I'd try it to say that I had tried it but otherwise, ho boy~
