I got mixed feelings from the transcript. It seems that the Justices show genuine concern over the broad language used by the California law, and I feel that they may decide to strike it down based on it being far too vague. My guess is that they'll overturn the law on the vagueness issue, and then Leland Yee will immediately pen a new bill that is more specific.
