I suppose you have to have an account or so, but anyway, it's MGS style visuals applied to Keitaro trying to find cover in the Inn, with the enemies being of course, the girls.
BTW eclipse, on renaigames.net main page, in the A.L.I.C.E. v1.1 Released window, from the last sentence it seems that the body template is of considerable size ^_^
