Does anyone use this or seen this in action? What do you guys think?

I saw some youtube videos for it and it looked pretty impressive (for drawing mainly, not so much for coloring or effects) and was curious if anyone has tried it.

I've not personally used it. Although, I know @berration has. Had it on a Tablet PC, in fact, so he could draw on the screen directly.

The version of SBP that he had didn't support layers (I don't know if newer versions do). In the end, I believe his assessment was something to the effect of, "Yeah, this is cool. But it doesn't do everything that Photoshop does. Which wouldn't be too much of a problem if it supported Photoshop layers. But since it doesn't...no thanks."

Haven't used it but I know of someone who absolutely loves it. It's definitely not Photoshop - it's specifically for illustrators and it's very similar to Sai from what I've seen. Also, it looks like it has layers now. You can try a demo if you go to Autodesk.

Yep, I used it a bit when I first got my tablet PC. The main allure was that you can draw in slate mode, using only the stylus. While nice for sketching, it was nowhere near as powerful (or as familiar) as Photoshop, so I eventually I opted for the less elegant solution of using a folding travel keyboard, so I could draw in slate mode while still having access to keyboard shortcuts.
