I am so looking forward to that. But.. I just got Sims 3 Generations. I.. guess I just have to play more so I'll be ready to play WiF when it comes out!

Oh the sacrifices I must make.

Ok time for an update. I am playing the preview ALPHA build right now 8) It means though that is NOT ready yet to be available for pre-orders, since it's missing some animations/sprites, etc. Is just a version with all texts and gameplay for internal testing.
However, two cool news:
- game seems quite bugfree so preorders might *for real* be available next weekend
- to promote the game launch, the original Flower Shop game will be 50% off for the weekend: http://www.winterwolves.com/theflowershop.htm
(you don't need to enter any code, the game is automatically discounted!)

Today Ayu is at a convention (another! lol) and send me a "release candidate" for pre-orders. After playing a while though, I decided to wait a little more days. I explain why: even if the story is complete, is reasonably "typos-free", you can get endings (if you play dating sim better than me!) and so on... there are still some expressions/sprites missing / out of place!
An example, there are some very dramatic scenes full of tension towards the end of the game, and reading them, with Natalie's side sprite happy smiling feels... quite odd

So I think that even if on pre-orders some small glitches are expected, it would ruin a bit the atmosphere to play the game like this, and I prefer to wait some more time until the expressions matches the current text 8)

Hm well really the best person to answer this is Ayu (sake-bento) since I don't want to pressure her anymore. I got in early August a beta version which was at very good state, was only missing the right expressions in some part of the plot and needed a bit of testing, so if she can work on it this month (I suppose so) it should be a matter of weeks if not days! :)

Yes, what was a joke back in June, now is becoming reality :D
"Since the game theme is winter and Christmas, we decided to voluntarily hold it back until the winter holidays!".

No, not really, but I won't announce any date until I'm 100% sure

You guys can totally throw things at me, because it's really my fault. This entire year has been a pile of crazy stuff from car crashes to family emergencies and personal health issues. Even the Kansei release had a much bumpier journey out the door than Jisei had last year. O_<

But seriously. Soon.

After all that, I'm not sure it's a good idea for us to throw things, you might get hurt!
