I'm still writing Chapter Eight ... it's pretty easy to do ... like the previous chapter, it probably won't be very long in length but will still take me a week or so to develop the proper progression of events.

Seeing as how I was feeling stifled, I did an storyboard animation to practice animating swords. GIF below doesn't display properly unless you download it. :/

I'm not dead, Chapter Eight is just reeeally long ... and complicated... I decided instead of cutting it off where I was planning, I'm just going to keep it going until the turning point.

Sorry, I was just so exhausted after coding it in and proofreading it, I have no stamina for it.

Yes.

I don't mind the mood that the TAM mp3s create (they do it effectively) but I'd prefer not to borrow the source of music that other Japanese doujinshi games have already utilized.

Is the link above the complete story? Does it include voice acting, and final art? (it's pretty big, and I'm currently on dialup, so...)

If you're ok with it, I'll take a stab at composing music for it, right after I finish my work on Magical Boutique. My ego is on a roll after Host Love so I'm pumped up to take on a Finisher role and contribute to the final polish in games.

I really like this work, so it's also in my best interest to see it fully complete and original, so I'll give it my best. If by any chance you don't like things too much, I won't mind and will just release the music for public consumption (such as in NaNoReNo thread...which incidentally I won't be able to contribute to much in light of recent developments)

DaFool, this story is my longest one and not my NanoReno entry. I'm also planning to write it more fully in novel form, as I'm hoping to get it published one day.

It is not complete yet.

In terms of chapters, I can tell you that Chapter 10 should bring us right up to the present. Past that, I can't predict yet how long it will take me to resolve various character conflicts and arrive at the ending I planned like 5 months ago.

Looks like this is your project of destiny. All the better to see that you are still on it. It will be fantastic to see it completed.

Yup, it may seem to take long, but if you think about it... some people have been on this forum for over a year and are only now releasing their first full self-written / directed works.
