You Don't Need to be Alone - LD48 - Playable

This was my "team's" entry in Ludum Dare 22. This was created in 72 hours by my son and his friends with me doing the programming.
Dude is returning from an extended stay in the hospital due to an accident. He has to get re-acquainted with his class mates. And then there is another accident. [Duh duh duh dum!]
This is a dating sim with a shooter mini-game. It was written in python using Ren'py, PyGame, and PGU.

There are four endings. One good, the others... not so good. Currently no one is "obtainable" except of a scene in the good ending. We do have plans for that.
Please note:
EVERYTHING in this game was created in 72 hours. All programming, writing, music, and artwork. (And the AWESOME sound effects for the mini game!)
So my question to you is:
Is this game worth developing further or should I leave it as is?
Yep, this is a group of self conscious teenagers and a mother who thinks everything they do is wonderful. I need an objective opinion. Don't worry about hurting my feelings. I'll still love this game no matter what.

OMG - I just realized that one of the "hidden" stats is showing. A free kitten to whoever can figure out what it is a stat for. (It's the number in the top left corner)
