but anyway... Its a romance story about a guy who goes about his daily life until there is a sudden alien invasion from two distinct sides locked in a cosmic battle (one blue and the other red) The aliens are revealed to be the forces of justice and chaos (Ahura Mazda and Angra Mainyu from Zoroastrian lore) which have returned to earth after thousands of years to reap the fruits of their design (modifying the human race's evolution to achieve it's absolute pinnacle, the soul) but not just any soul, these extraterrestrials are searching for a magnificent power called the "Ahuna Vairya"
Ahura Mazda's side who still has faith that humanity whants to prevent Angra Mainya from obtaining the Ahuna Vairya which they plan to use to obliterate the human race before they become to powerful for their own good,
basically you get to choose which side you want to align with and there are different girls (romantic interests depending on how you go about it)
