First off, you posted this in the Ideas section, so that means you're sharing your story idea and expanding on it, not actively recruiting. For that we have our Recruitment & Services Offered forum where you can ask for artists/composers, etc. There are rules of course.

Secondly, eh, I think your spin for Alice and Wonderland is actually interesting, but there's so many properties that use Wonderland as a basis (and still are; otome game company, Rejet, for example have a future game with that theme) and you're going to have to put more work into not retreading the same old ground.
